Deliverables
The Fifth Element (an initiative of the Club of Rome) works on systems transformation, connecting people and initiatives across generations, cultures and disciplines. I designed their 2025 Activity Report, covering a wide range of work, from intergenerational leadership and African epistemologies to regenerative enterprises and global youth engagement, all aimed at shifting mindsets on the challenges the world is facing.

Working within The Fifth Element's existing botanical and wildlife illustration style, I designed a layout that stayed cohesive with their website and other brand assets, especially through the threads pages, the strongest connector between the report and their existing content and style. I let real people, quotes, team members and contributors carry the story throughout the report, supported by a playful, diverse while clean layout.

Moving from exploration to impact
2025 marked a shift for The Fifth Element, from three years of sense-making toward more concrete outcomes.
Six threads of work
The report organises activities into threads such as intergenerational collaboration, reframing research, and regenerative enterprises.
Growing partnerships
The organisation deepened ties with partners including the UN Youth Office, UNESCO-MOST BRIDGES Coalition, the St. Gallen Symposium, GIFT.ed and others.
Measurable outreach
The report includes concrete stats on publications, downloads, newsletter subscribers and social media reach across 2025.

Dense outreach numbers turned into a colorful and engaging infographic grid.
The report was shared publicly in 2026, including through the UNESCO-MOST BRIDGES Coalition's own channels, and gives partners and the wider public a clear view of The Fifth Element's direction and progress.
